2 oz. 2 Captiva Key Lime Honey Vodka
1 oz. 1 Pineapple Juice
2 oz. 2 Heavy Cream (also known as 35% cream or whipping cream)
1 or 2 tbsp 1 or 2 White Sugar
1 tbsp 1 Key Lime juice
Directions
- Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker, add ice and shake
- Before adding your ice, place the lid on your shaker and give your martini a 10-second “dry shake”.
- After your dry shake, remove the lid of your shaker and add ice cubes to fill it to the halfway mark.
- Place the lid back on your shaker and shake for another 20 seconds or until icy cold.
- Remove lid, pour into a martini glass.
- To make your martini key lime pie you can rim your glass with crushed sugar. Wet rim of glass, turn upside down with shallow plate of water. Press the edge of the glass into the crumbs all the way around the rim of the glass.

Ingredients
2 oz 2 Captiva Spirits Key Lime Honey Vodka
2 oz 2 Cherry juice sweetened
6 oz 6 Tonic water
Ice
Lime for Garnish (Optional)
Directions
- Shake Captiva Spirits Vodka with cherry concentrate and ice. Strain into a glass filled ice.
- Top with tonic and stir gently.
